Workshops are neither recorded nor made available via livestream, onsite attendance mandatory.

Travel fund for refugees and war victims

ESSR is an apolitical international medical society, open and inclusive. We encourage radiologists from any nationality, gender or religion that share our scientific values to become member and attend the Annual Scientific Meeting.

ESSR wishes to support radiologists who are forcibly displaced as a result of persecution, conflict, violence or human rights violations and thus financially supports their:

  • full membership

  • ESSR Annual Scientific Meeting

    • Free Congress Admission (including Pre-Congress Workshops upon request & availability)

    • Up to 3 nights of hotel accommodation

    • Travel Allowance

The deadline for applications is 21th January 2026. Please submit your application using this form.

General Notes

Registration for the ESSR 2026 is to be made electronically by completing the respective registration form. Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received at the bank account and will be considered as incomplete and adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.

Badge Delivery for ESSR 2026

Congress badges will be printed and dispatched approx 3-2 weeks prior to the congress and will be sent to your indiciated delivery address. If not received or registered after the dispatch date, please visit our registration desk onsite and pick it up from there.
